Pricing & Costs

1. How Much Does A Bathroom Remodel Cost In Utah?
For labor only, our typical bathroom remodels start at $5,000. Costs vary depending on size, materials, and scope of work. We provide starting prices on our Services page for reference, but every project is unique. Final quotes are only given after we’ve seen the project in person, and change orders may apply if we discover hidden issues during demolition.

2. What Are Your Prices?
We list starting prices for many services on our Services page. These give you a ballpark idea, but every project is different. We can’t provide a final quote until we’ve seen the project on site and discussed your needs. Even then, change orders may be necessary if unforeseen damage or hidden issues are uncovered during demolition.

3. Do You Give Free Estimates, & How Accurate Are Your Quotes?
Yes, we provide free estimates. Our quotes are as accurate as possible based on what we can see before work begins. If we uncover issues during demolition — such as water damage, outdated plumbing, or structural concerns — we issue a change order and review it with you before proceeding.

4. What Is Included In A Full Remodel?
A full remodel typically includes demolition (removing fixtures, flooring, or walls), layout updates, shower or tub installation, new cabinetry or vanities, wall finishes, flooring, lighting, bath fixtures, and doors.
We outline a detailed Scope of Work before each project so you know exactly what’s included and can move forward with confidence.

5. How Long Does A Remodel Usually Take?
The timeline depends on the size of the space & the scope of work. A standard bathroom remodel typically takes 3–4 weeks, while a kitchen remodel can range from 4–8 weeks. Larger projects such as basements, or ones with layout changes, may take longer due to permitting it can be anywhere from 4-10 weeks. We provide a general timeframe & do our best to stick to it, keeping you updated along the way.

6. Can I Stay In My Home While You Remodel, Or Do I Need To Move Out?
In most cases, you can stay in your home during the remodel. For bathrooms, having another bathroom available helps. For kitchens, many families set up a temporary cooking space. For unfinished basements, they usually aren't being lived in, but any stored items would need to be removed to move forward. We maintain a clean, safe job site & communicate about dust, noise, & access so you can plan ahead.
